Justin Lewis (247 No. 102) will be back for his second season on the circuit, and he's fortunate to have the experience to pull from last season.

In 2018, Lewis averaged 7.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.0 assists after being called up from Team Melo's 16U united. Lewis is a physical player down low but he's more than capable of seeing up his own offense from the perimeter.

Lewis figures to be a consistent threat for a double-double, and if can improve his shooting percentages from a year ago, Lewis will inevitably a contender for All-EYBL status.

We caught up with the veteran junior and asked him about his encore season on circuit.

Q: What are you most looking forward to this season in the EYBL and why?

Justin Lewis: I’m looking forward to winning Peach Jam. That's a big goal to me because I feel as though it would big to do that and would be good for the program.

What have you improved on the most in your game since last season?

JL: Playing hard the whole game; not just on offense and being consistent with my three.

Describe your game/strengths in a few sentences.

JL: I'm very versatile, willing to make the extra pass. I take advantage of mismatches very well and love to contest the glass.

What made you decide to play for Team Melo?

JL: I’ve been playing with them since 8th grade I just felt as though it was a better opportunity playing with them at the next level.

How will your team play this year and what makes you guys dangerous?

JL: I believe in myself and my guys. I think we’ll play good and if we all play together and trust coaching we will be very dangerous.

What player or players in the NBA do you model your game after?

JL: Anthony Davis .

What about your game do you feel is underestimated?

JL: My perimeter game.
